Tryout Tip 33: Jumps: Flexibility




[Jump Score Tip:] Flexibility is key, especially when it comes to a toe touch (this is the main jump in tryouts). You will not get flexible over night so you need to stretch out at home constantly. You could do it in front of the TV or in your room alone. Be creative and find the time. Flexibility will also come into play when it comes to stunting and baskets so keep that in mind as well.

Why do this? By having more flexibility it will set you apart from the other girls, it will make your jumps easier, it will allow you to execute your jumps, it will allow you execute your stunts, and it will make your baskets easier.
