Tryout Tip 13:
Watch what you eat.

[General Tip:] Eat fruits, vegetables, and foods high in carbohydrates on the day of tryouts.
Why do this? These foods are good for energy so you will be able to last throughout the day, and junk food will give you a momentary boost then leave you tired and lacking.
Next Tip: Stand up straight and don’t slouch.
